At Ubgscents, we take pride in the quality of our fragrances. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you navigate the process.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 48 hours of you receiving your parcel, to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The item is in its original, good condition.
The packaging is intact and has not been tampered with.
For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrances that have been opened or sprayed cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged.
2. Return Shipping
Cost: The return shipping cost will be covered by the customer.
Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the parcel reaches us safely.
3. Refunds & Restocking Fee
Once we receive your returned parcel, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Packaging Fee: Please note that a 20% fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. This fee caters to the specialized packaging which must be discarded and the costs associated with repurposing the product.
Approval: If approved after inspection, your refund (minus the 20% fee) will be processed.
Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 15 days after we have received and inspected the returned parcel.
Condition: To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a bottle that is broken, leaking, or the wrong scent entirely, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. In these specific cases, the 20% fee does not apply, and we will handle the replacement or full refund.
